What DriveBridge is

DriveBridge copies files you select between Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive. Backup jobs stream through our server during transfer; file content is not permanently stored on disk or written to our database.

Data we collect

Marketing website

• Cookie consent — via PlainConsent (stored in your browser). See our Cookie Policy.
• Analytics — Google Analytics on marketing pages, only if you accept cookies in our banner.
• Newsletter — if you subscribe, we store your email via Brevo to send product updates. Optional; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Backup app

• Files and folders you select for backup jobs
• OAuth tokens to read from the source and write to the destination
• Your account email for display on the Connections page
• Backup log metadata: paths, file sizes, copy/skip/fail status, timestamps (not file content)

Purchases

Payments are processed by Polar. They collect billing details required to complete your order. See Polar's privacy policy.

File handling during transfer

Files are streamed through the DriveBridge server during copy operations. They are not permanently stored on disk. File content is not written to the database.

Legal bases (UK / GDPR)

• Contract — processing needed to run backups and deliver plans you purchased.
• Legitimate interest — site security, fraud prevention, and aggregated analytics (with consent where required).
• Consent — non-essential cookies, analytics, and optional newsletter signup.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@berta.one. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time via Cookie settings or by clearing site data for drivebridge.berta.one in your browser.

Your controls

• Disconnect a cloud account to delete stored tokens for that provider
• Delete your account from Settings to remove all data (connections, jobs, logs)

Cookies

Marketing pages use PlainConsent and optional Google Analytics. The signed-in app uses essential session and OAuth cookies only. Full details: Cookie Policy.

Terms of use

DriveBridge is provided as-is for personal backup between cloud drives you connect. You are responsible for complying with Google and Microsoft terms of service. Do not use DriveBridge for unlawful content or to exceed provider API limits.

Retention

Order records are retained as required for tax and accounting. Analytics data is governed by Google's retention settings. Backup logs and account data remain until you delete your account or disconnect providers.

Third parties

When you connect Google Drive or OneDrive, DriveBridge calls those providers' APIs under your authorization. Review Google and Microsoft privacy policies for how they handle API access.
